With Akanksha, Ambiance is important but she keeps that for the second step and first step remains what and why ?

In our case she went into every minute details of our requirements and tried to give us designs that will meet our day to day needs that even we couldn’t sense before answering her whys.

Once the basic design was over then she suggested about aesthetics. In the whole process we co-designed everything and she helped us as a guide to travel the path.

Modi Ma'am, the Founder of Lectures and Captures, is one of the best faculties that I have had to pleasure of learning from including some of the best ones at SPA, Delhi.

I have thoroughly loved and enjoyed attending her sessions and thanks to her as its her inspiration that I chose Planning as my career. Today I am working in one of the best companies in India.

I like your interaction with your students it's totally different just like a friend you always asked about our concerns and you taught us to work together to deal with those concerns like a friend. She has always guided me by simply sharing her own experiences with me and suggested what may or may not work enabling me to take these decisions on my own and owning what I chose always!

She is an ardent traveler and explorer, as an architect, she has always inspired me to explore and learn and I follow her way of being many times, this is the best part I like about her as a teacher and a guide. She is always there to support the students.

My first interaction with ma'am in the "Construction Project Management class" where she came as a replacement in between mid of the semester, the course was pending a lot but the way she completed the curriculum in the due course of time with clearing all our concepts and doubt is unforgettable. Later she became our guide in both dissertation and thesis in the final year and guided us as if it was her own work on our research topics. It seems great for the students that she conducts various polls and surveys on her personal insta handle @modimadam to improve the teaching technique, career counseling, and many more to be updated as per the current trends going around. I am so glad that now you are launching your own website to support students under her newly launched Instagram handle @lecturesandcaptures.

Ar. Akanksha Modi is not a tutor for me, she never was, and neither she would be in the future. She is the perfect friend you need in your 5 years of Architecture education and further. I still remember the day when I met her as I was the first student to meet her from my department, it has already been more than 5 and a half years (already 2 years since I passed out),  and the bond is getting stronger day by day. She is a very good faculty, but it is also difficult for someone to match her in terms of education as well as life guidance and support a student needs. She taught me to stand by my beliefs and have faith in my abilities. At last, she is the person, you can study with, have a part with or go on a trip or even organize any event with.
